Replacement Certificates and Results

The VCAA offers a service where students may obtain a Replacement Certificate, Statement of Results, or VET Statement of Results.

PLEASE NOTE: The VCAA does not offer results via fax, email or by phone.

Note: The VCAA do not take applications by phone.

Complete the Application for Replacement of Results form online.

Submitting the application form online requires you to complete payment with a credit card. Please check the Ecommerce Privacy Statement if you have concerns about collection of information.

Note: if you are having diffculites submitting the form online please post/fax in the hardcopy form:

1. Complete and sign the application form yourself.
2. You must pay your processing fee with your application.
3. Allow 7 days for processing (or a 24 hours priority service is available for an additional fee).

The Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority does not hold all school results. Below is a table of results held.
