To support teachers implementing the Victorian F–10 Languages curriculum, the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) is hosting a short professional learning webinar on how to use the VCAA's free online language assessments.

Developed with and hosted by the Australian Council for Education Research (ACER), the online VCAA Language Assessments consist of a series of multiple choice listening and reading tests in Chinese, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Modern Greek and Spanish. The assessments provide a snapshot of individual student's receptive reading and listening skills, which teachers can use to better target each student's learning needs.

This webinar will focus on the data and reports available to support teachers using the online language assessments and howthey can be used to to inform teaching.
