This is the recording of the live webinar held in September 2022 to provide VCE Psychology teachers with an overview of revisions to the VCE Psychology Study Design to be implemented from the start of 2023, including the content and assessment, key information to assist teachers in planning their teaching and learning programs, and the opportunity to increase knowledge and skills that can be shared with their VCE teaching teams.

This video is a recording of the webinar held in September 2022, where Dr Lynne Kelly AM, writer, researcher and science educator, spoke about memory methods used by oral cultures around the world. It will support Unit 3 and 4 Psychology teachers to deepen their knowledge of memory as a process by which knowledge is encoded, stored and retrieved, broaden their understanding of the use of mnemonics to improve memory and explore Indigenous memory systems, including Aboriginal peoples’ use of place as a repository of memory. Teachers should view this recording in conjunction with the supplementary materials on Sung narratives and Aboriginal songlines.

This video is a recording of the webinar held in March 2023, in which Belle Selkirk and Dr Joanna Alexi from the TIMHWB and AIPEP projects explored content relating to Indigenous Psychology and social and emotional wellbeing (SEWB). It will support Unit 3 and 4 Psychology teachers to develop knowledge of social and emotional wellbeing (SEWB) as a multi-dimensional and holistic framework of wellbeing for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples and implement this knowledge in a culturally safe way.
