Amendments to the VCE Texts and Traditions study design 2023-2027
Principals/directors, VCE coordinators and VCE Texts and Traditions teachers
The following amendments have been made to the VCE Texts and Traditions Study Design (2023–2027), effective immediately:
- Unit 4, Area of Study 1, Outcome 1 Key skills, point 6 (page 24) has been updated to ‘use scholarly commentaries to inform an exegesis’
- Unit 4, Area of Study 3, Outcome 3 Key knowledge, point 4 (page 25) has been updated to ‘the ways that the religious tradition was affected by later interpretations of the theme arising from the set text’
- Unit 4, Area of Study 3, Outcome 3 Key skills, point 5 (page 25) has been updated to ‘analyse how the later religious tradition was affected by interpretations of the theme’
