Students who may not meet the minimum requirements for the VCE VM in 2023
Principals, VCE VM coordinators and teachers, VASS coordinators
Some schools may have students enrolled in and intending to complete the VCE VM certificate in 2023 who are at risk not of meeting the VCE VM minimum course requirements.
Schools should refer to the 2023 transitional credit arrangements to guide decisions for students at risk of not completing.
These schools are also reminded that students who partially completed Intermediate VCAL in 2022 may still be eligible to receive the Intermediate VCAL certificate in 2023.
2023 is the final year Intermediate VCAL is available.
Schools with students who partially completed Intermediate VCAL in 2022, have since met Intermediate VCAL requirements through their 2023 enrolment but will not meet the VCE VM requirements, may change their enrolment from VCE VM to Intermediate VCAL before Monday 13 November.
