Special Provision Arrangement Applications Open
Schools can now submit applications for previously
approved Special Examination Arrangements (SEAs) for ongoing conditions, using the Special Provision Online (SPO) platform.
The SPO platform is accessed via VASS from the following menu: SPECIAL PROVISION > Special Examination Arrangements > Special Examination Arrangements Application.
Schools must make sure students are enrolled in any relevant VCE, VCE VM Unit 3-4 sequence or scored VCE VET Unit 3–4 sequence on VASS before submitting this application.
To apply for previously approved SEAs, schools must upload the following documentation on the SPO:
- Signed Student Consent Form
- 2024 School-Based Evidence Form
- 2024 Online request to apply previously approved SEAs (form is available from VASS Downloads).
Online requests to apply previously approved SEAs should be submitted no later than
Friday 16 February 2024.
Schools can also submit new applications for 2024 SEAs for students with known conditions (disability, illness, impairment or other circumstances).
SEA applications for all known conditions must be submitted online by
Friday 8 March 2024.
Webinars
VCE coordinators and staff responsible for administering Special Provisions within schools are invited to a webinar session on how to apply for previously approved Special Examination arrangements (SEA) applications and new SEA applications for 2024.
Register for one session only. Please read the collection notice before registering.
