Professional learning: Free online Language Assessments Audience
Principals/directors, teachers implementing the Victorian F–10 Languages curriculum for Chinese, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Modern Greek and Spanish
Teachers implementing the Victorian F–10 Languages curriculum are invited to
register for 2 short online professional learning sessions on how to use the VCAA's free online language assessments.
Developed with and hosted by the Australian Council for Education Research (ACER), the
VCAA Language Assessments consist of a series of multiple choice listening and reading tests in Chinese, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Modern Greek and Spanish.
The assessments provide a snapshot of each individual student's receptive reading and listening skills, which can then be used to better target the student's learning needs.

Principals/directors, please make sure to:
- encourage teachers of the Victorian Curriculum F-10 for Chinese, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Modern Greek or Spanish, to register to attend this online professional learning opportunity.
