2024 VCE mathematics formula sheets for examinations
Principals/Directors, VCE coordinators and VCE mathematics teachers
Formula sheets for all VCE mathematics examinations are now available for students to become familiar with the new accessible design and layout before sitting their examinations in October-November.
This includes
VCE Foundation Mathematics,
VCE General Mathematics,
VCE Mathematical Methods and
VCE Specialist Mathematics.
The 2024 NHT examinations have also been published.
Informed by stakeholder feedback following the NHT examinations, the VCAA have adjusted the design of the October-November mathematics examinations so that all material within these examinations is in Times New Roman font. Covers, instructions and peripheral material retain the Arial font.
Action
Principals/Directors should:
- ensure VCE mathematics teachers are aware of the publication of all mathematics formula sheets and 2024 NHT mathematics.
- ensure VCE Mathematics teachers are aware of the change back to Times New Roman for all mathematical material.
