There are so many choices available to Year 12 graduates, including university, TAFE, traineeships, jumping straight into the workforce or taking time off to explore other options.

Find your support tribe during this time, whether it be your teachers, career counsellors, family or friends.

Literacy and numeracy standards

This year, we also assessed your literacy and numeracy skills against Victorian standards as part of the GAT.

These are skills that you will continue to develop well beyond school. If you didn’t meet one or more of the reading, writing or numeracy standards, there is support available to help build your skills. If you have completed your secondary schooling, you can also sit another test in May next year.
