The Early years team manages, in partnership with the Department of Education and Training, the implementation of the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF): for all children from birth to eight years.

The Victorian Curriculum F-10 unit manages the development and delivery of the curriculum for students in Prep to Year 10, with a focus on providing resources and services to support its implementation for Victorian schools, teachers and the broader community.

The VCE curriculum team manages the ongoing monitoring, review and development of the curriculum and school-based assessment of all Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) studies, including proposals for accreditation of all VCE studies.

The School-based assessment audit team checks that the standards and requirements set out in VCE study designs are being followed, and that assessment is being carried out in line with the VCE assessment principles.
