Register for
one session only. When registering for an online session you will need to note your Registration ID, as this number is needed to enter the session. Please read the
collection notice for the online sessions.
Participants should access the webinar by downloading the Webex app, rather than using a link on a browser screen.
Do not join the training from a mobile device as you will not be able to access all the features of the training.
Before the briefing,
test that your system is set up for the webinar.
You can also
test a video meeting and
view system requirements.
Please enter the online sessions 15 minutes before the start time. Following the completion of an online briefing session, please advise the Project Manager, Examinations Conduct (vcaa.exam.logistics@education.vic.gov.au) if there were multiple supervisor participants at the one location for payment.
Please arrive at the in-person sessions 30 minutes before the scheduled start to complete the sign-in process.
