Available: Publication of 2027 VCE and VPC Administrative Handbooks, and Principal’s Agreement

To support schools with planning for the 2027 school year, the following publications are now available:
Please note that the 2027 VCE and VPC Administrative Handbooks will come into effect from 1 January 2027. All information detailed in the 2026 VCE and VPC Administrative Handbooks will continue to apply until 31 December 2026.
As part of the revised Audit Program, reducing administrative effort associated with audits for schools, the VCAA has introduced a Principal's Agreement. The agreement confirms that the principal has reviewed the key administrative requirements outlined in the 2027 VCE and VPC Administrative Handbooks and acknowledges their school's commitment to implementing these requirements as part of the revised audit program.
Action
Principals/Directors, please ensure:
- the Principal's Agreement is signed by schools, by Thursday 17 September 2026.
- School Administrators, VCE and VPC Coordinators and teachers are aware of the 2027 versions of the VCE and VPC Administrative Handbooks to support school planning.
