The Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) charge administration fees for a range of services. These fees apply to all students.

Administration fees
Administration fees are for examinations, statements of marks or study scores, replacement certificates and other VCAA services. All fees and charges are GST-free unless indicated by an *.

Fee-paying international students enrolled in the VCE and VCE VM
International students are students from overseas who:
- do not hold Australian citizenship
- do not have permanent residence
- are in Australia on a visa that permits them to study
In Victorian schools, the fee-paying status of international students is set in accordance with 2.2.9(1) of the Education and Training Reform Act 2006, Ministerial Order 819-Fees for Overseas students in Government Schools. Fee-paying international students wishing to study at a Victorian government school must enrol in the Department of Education’s International Student Program (ISP) (this webpage includes a link to the International Student Visa Fee Table.) Students identified as fee-paying international students that wish to undertake the VCE, VCE VM, VPC, VCAL or IB must indicate that they are a fee-paying international student on their VCAA student personal details form.
The VCAA administration fee is invoiced to fee-paying international students enrolled in VCE and VCE VM and covers the cost of enrolment, assessment and examination procedures, printing and delivery of results, and the forwarding of results to VTAC. These fees are dependent on unit enrolments, calculated by the number and level of VCE and VCE VM units (including VCE VET) the student is enrolled in (see Fee-paying international students administration fees). These fees are GST exempt.
