Training for the conduct and administration of 2024 VCE written examinations
Principals/Directors, VCE coordinators, and examination centre coordinators
Registrations are open to attend training for the conduct and administration of the 2024 VCE written examinations.
This training is mandatory for all new chief supervisors appointed since the General Achievement Test (GAT) and newly appointed school personnel responsible for the conduct and administration of VCE written examinations.
New chief supervisors must attend training even if they have attended one of the briefing sessions held in August and September.
New exam centre coordinators must also attend training even if their school has a continuing and experienced chief supervisor.
The VCAA strongly recommends that principals consider sending an assistant supervisor to a training session, particularly if they are the main support to a chief supervisor. This will assist schools with succession and contingency planning.
Action
Principals/Directors, please ensure your new chief supervisor, appointed since the GAT, registers to attends one of the new chief supervisor training sessions.
