Information about the Higher Education Studies (HES) in the VCE program for 2024, including a complete list of participating universities and studies offered, is now available at
Higher Education Studies.
Schools must finalise VCE enrolments for students interested in applying for a Higher Education Study (HES) in the VCE prior to
Tuesday 30 April 2024. A finalised school enrolment is required for universities to confirm a student’s eligibility for their HES course.
Schools are also responsible for ensuring that students have met the pre- and co-requisite requirements for their selected Higher Education Study.
Please refer to the Higher Education in the VCE recommendations for students, schools, and participating universities.

Principals/Directors, please ensure VCE teachers are made aware of the Higher Education Studies in the VCE list.
Critical dates
Higher Education Study (HES) in the VCE enrolments open Monday 26 February. A finalised school enrolment is required for universities to confirm a student’s eligibility for their HES course. Universities must have access to this information before Tuesday 30 April.
