Student Achievement Profile summary
The Student Achievement Profile (SAP) summary presents a holistic strengths-based overview of a student’s achievements during their senior secondary education, and complements the Statement of Results.
Eligibility
Schools may apply to the VCAA to obtain a SAP summary for eligible VCE (including VCE Vocational Major) and Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC) students exiting school without completing their certificate. The eligibility requirements for the SAP summary are as follows:
- VCE students must have satisfactorily completed at least eight units, but not have completed the VCE
- VPC students must have satisfactorily completed at least one unit, but not have completed the VPC.
Student Achievement Profile summary sample
The SAP summary displays the VCE and VPC units completed by the student, and where applicable, provides further detail on achievements in Vocational Education and Training (VET), Structured Workplace Learning Recognition (SWLR), Literacy and Numeracy Standards and credit from other jurisdictions.
