F–10 curriculum
VCAA Language Assessments
To support teachers implementing the Victorian F–10 Languages curriculum, we are offering a suite of short online professional learning sessions on how to use the VCAA's free online language assessments.
Developed with and hosted by the Australian Council for Education Research (ACER), our online language assessments include a series of multiple choice listening and reading tests in Chinese, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Modern Greek and Spanish. The assessments can provide a snapshot of individual student's receptive reading and listening skills, which teachers can use to better target each student's learning needs.
