You are invited to attend our VCE VET scored assessment webinars occurring until 24 March.
A program specific session will be held for each VCE VET program with scored assessment.
Schools are asked to share this information with their RTO partners.

Trainers and teachers wanting to update or review their VCE VET scored coursework tasks should refer to
VCE VET Programs scored assessment. Updated assessment plans for 2023 are available for all scored VCE VET programs on the program-specific webpages.
Expressions of interest for VCE VET programs under review in 2023
If you are an experienced teacher or trainer, consider becoming a member of our reference groups for the major review and redevelopment of the following VCE VET programs:
- VCE VET Agriculture, Horticulture, Conservation and Ecosystem Management
- VCE VET Applied Fashion Design and Technology
- VCE VET Community Services
- VCE VET Equine Studies
- VCE VET Furnishing
- VCE VET Health
- VCE VET Laboratory Skills
- VCE VET Sport and Recreation
These programs remain unchanged for 2023. Notification of VCE VET program redevelopments will be published in the Bulletin.

VCE VET State Reviewer vacancies for 2023
Applications are invited for the vacant VCE VET State Reviewer position for 2023 in the following programs:
- Engineering Studies
- Hospitality
- Cookery
State Reviewers can be teachers of the program at Units 3 and 4 level. The VCE VET State Reviewer is a paid position and those appointed are required to undertake a range of activities including participating in VCAA professional development, providing feedback and advice to schools and RTOs, assisting in the preparation of published advice regarding scored assessment, conducting coursework audits and preparing feedback on the coursework audits.

TAE training package update – TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
The new TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment supersedes and is equivalent to TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
The Trainer and Assessor qualification requirements in Schedule 1 of the Standards for Registered Training Organisations remain unchanged. There is currently no requirement for existing trainers and assessors to attain the new TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
