Face-to-face professional learning in Term 4
The VCAA is delivering face-to-face professional learning workshops to support teachers delivering the VCE Vocational Major (VM) and Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC) in 2024.
The Term 4 workshops are opportunities for VCE VM and VPC teachers to:
- reflect on implementation so far and use this reflection to develop plans for 2024
- build capacity in applied learning approaches
- develop student-centred and engaging applied learning
- network with teachers from similar schools.

Communities of practice
Applied-learning communities of practice have been established across the state to support teachers to implement the VCE VM and VPC. The groups form a robust network that focuses on the collaborative development of high-quality curriculum and pedagogical practice and are led by expert applied-learning practitioners in each area.
