The third Early Years Twilight Seminar for 2019 featured Professor Susanne Garvis, University of Gothenburg, and a guest professor at Stockholm University, Sweden in conversation with Darlene Leach, Manager of the Early Learning Unit, Department of Education and Training.
- The conversation included an overview of early childhood service delivery and curriculum guidelines in Sweden, and aspects of practice that can inform Victorian early childhood professionals.
- Professor Garvis has been involved in national and international projects within the field of early childhood education around policy, quality and learning. Professor Garvis has worked closely with government agencies, NGOs, professional organisations and early childhood services.
