About the VCE Season of Excellence
The VCE Season of Excellence celebrates the remarkable talents of Victoria's senior secondary students.
This annual festival showcases outstanding works across art, design, technology, multimedia, film, dance, theatre, drama, music, literature, and research—each created by exceptional VCE students. Enjoy a dynamic program of exhibitions, performances, presentations, and screenings, complemented by thought-provoking education talks, forums, and panel discussions.
Presented by the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA), the Season unfolds across Melbourne’s leading metropolitan cultural institutions and regional venues from March to July 2026.
Applications for the 2027 Season of Excellence open Tuesday 1 September 2026.
