Running VCE and VCAL eligibility reports on VASS
Principals/directors, VASS administrators and VCE, VCE Vocational Major (VM), VCAL, Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC) and VET coordinators
Schools are reminded that following any enrolment changes or withdrawals it is important to run a VCE or VCAL eligibility report for students who are expected to complete this year.
Eligibility reports will identify any student not eligible to complete their program this year and outline the reason why. Schools are asked to investigate any students identified and, where relevant, make amendments to ensure relevant students are eligible to complete the VCE or VCAL in 2022.
This year it is also important to enter any known VET unit of competency or VCAL unit result on VASS before running a VCAL eligibility report. Information contained in these reports is required when seeking assistance from school sector authorities and it is of critical importance when planning for students continuing with Intermediate VCAL or transitioning to the VCE VM or VPC in 2023.
Actions required
Principals/directors, please make sure VCE and VCAL coordinators and VASS administrators run eligibility reports and enter required enrolment and results data.
Critical dates
Monday 7 November – last day to enter results in VASS
