Last day for VCE, VCAL and VET enrolments, withdrawals and results
Principals/directors, VASS administrators and VCE, VCAL and VET coordinators
The last day to finalise VCE (Units 1 and 2), VCAL and VET unit of competency (UoC) enrolments and withdrawals is Monday 7 November.
This is also the final date for entering results in VASS for:
- VCE school-based assessment results and school-assessed task scores
- VCE Units 1, 2, 3 and 4
- VCAL units
- VET UoCs
- VCE VET coursework task scores
Actions required
Principals/directors, please make sure enrolments, withdrawals and remaining results data is finalised and entered in VASS by the due date.

Additional information
The last day to change student details using the ‘Amend Student’ import function is also Monday 7 November. After this date, the import function will be deactivated and student details will only be able to be entered manually.
