Changes to 2023 invoicing rounds for fee-paying international students
Principals/directors, VASS administrators and VCE, VCE Vocational Major (VM), Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC), VCAL and VET coordinators
This year, we will run 2 rounds of invoicing for fee-paying international students. In previous years, we have run 3 rounds of invoicing but recent changes to our fees and charges has meant there will be only 2 rounds in 2023.
We have updated the
2023 Important Administrative Dates to reflect this change.
Action
Principals/directors, please make sure the relevant staff are aware of the invoice round changes.
Critical dates
- Friday 21 July – first-round invoices sent to schools
- Friday 15 September – payment of first-round invoices due
- Friday 6 October – second-round invoices sent to schools
- Friday 3 November – payment of second-round invoices students due
