2023 General Achievement Test (GAT) timetables and Special Examination Arrangements
Principals/directors, VCE coordinators and VASS administrators
Student assessment timetables and examination centre summary reports for the 2023 GAT are now available on VASS.
Special Examination Arrangements advice slips and summary reports will be progressively available on VASS this week.
Please refer to the
2023 GAT VASS guide before producing and distributing student assessment timetables and Special Examination Arrangements advice slips. Please also discard student assessment timetables and advice slips printed before 15 May.
Schools and providers must submit an Application for Emergency Special Examination Arrangements form for students who require Special Examination Arrangements due to sudden illness, accident or personal trauma that occurs immediately before or during the 2023 GAT. This form will be available on VASS (SYSTEM ADMIN > Downloads) from 1 June.
Action
Principals/directors, please make sure:
- 2023 GAT student assessment timetables are produced and distributed to all students
- 2023 GAT Special Examination Arrangements advice slips are distributed to, discussed with and clearly understood by relevant staff and students
