The World Health Organization (WHO) has extended the Thirteenth General Programme of Work to cover the priorities and work of the WHO for 2024 and 2025.
In 2024, the final year of this accredited period of VCE Health and Human Development study design, students will continue to study the WHO through Unit 4 Area of Study 2, as noted below:
- Key Knowledge: priorities and work of the WHO
- Key Skill: explain the priorities and the work of the WHO and discuss how WHO priorities are reflected in different scenarios.
The updated ‘World Health Organization (WHO) Priorities 2019-2025’ outlines the minor changes to the WHO priorities and the impact of interpreting this content within the scope of delivery and assessment (including examinations) for VCE Health and Human Development in 2024.
