In term 1, the VCAA is delivering face-to-face and online professional learning for teachers new to the VCE VM and VPC and those who would like a refresher.
These professional learning sessions may be suitable if you are:
- new to teaching applied learning
- teaching one or more of the VCE VM or VPC studies for the first time
- want to refresh your applied learning practice
- want to refresh your knowledge of the VCE VM or VPC studies.

Critical dates
Introduction to Teaching the VCE VM and VPC – a face-to-face workshop
Date: Friday 23 February
Registration: 9:00 am
Concludes: 4:00 pm
Location: The Academy, 603 Queensberry St, North Melbourne
This workshop introduces the Pillars of Applied Learning for teaching the VCE VM and VPC.
There will be an opportunity to choose two subject areas to go into greater depth, as well as planning and assessment advice. Teachers will also hear insights from practising VCE VM and VPC teachers.
Lunch will be provided.
There will be
a series of professional learning webinars.
