Delivery of 2024 final results packages
Principals/Directors, VASS administrators and VCE, VCE VM, VPC and VET coordinators
The 2024 final results packages will be delivered by courier to schools’ site address on Thursday 12 December for all metropolitan and regional locations.
Schools are required to complete the following actions by Thursday 31 October:
- Check the school’s site address is correctly recorded in VASS and notify the VCAA if a change is required.
- Have a staff member present at school between 9:00am to 4:30pm on the day of delivery to collect the results.
- Ensure the school does not have a re-direction or any other impediment that would stop delivery of the package.
- Notify the VCAA if alternative delivery arrangements are required.
- Notify the VCAA if the courier might need additional instructions to deliver the results package to the correct place.
Schools will receive a notification email from the courier regarding their results package closer to the delivery date. The email notification will be sent to the school and VCE coordinator’s email addresses.
All packages will be delivered to site addresses only. PO Box and Private Box will not be considered.
As all packages need to be signed on delivery, it is imperative that a staff member is present for the entire window, or that alternative delivery arrangements are made promptly.

Principals/Directors, please ensure VCE coordinators advise VCAA of any changes to delivery arrangements by Thursday 31 October.
