VASS open for VCE, VCE VM and VPC initial enrolment data
Principals/Directors, VASS administrators and VCE, VCE VM, VPC and VET coordinators
VASS is open for the entry of the initial enrolment data for VCE, VCE VM and VPC units.
Schools are requested to determine their VCE and VCE VM Units 3 and 4 enrolments as a priority.
Initial enrolment data is used for planning associated with the GAT and VCE examinations; to determine the School-based Assessment Audit, and for Department of Education reporting.
As part of this process, schools must ensure that students have completed and signed the relevant VCAA Student Personal Details and Declarations form. These forms can be generated from VASS, pre-populated with student details for continuing students, or printed blank for new students.
Please note, VET Certificates are currently not available for enrolment.
Further information regarding the availability of VET certificates will be communicated via Notice to Schools, the VASS home screen and the VASS forum.

Critical dates
Schools should ensure that enrolments are entered in VASS by Monday 26 February.
The following enrolments must be finalised by Tuesday 30 April, the last day for enrolments and withdrawals for:
- VCE Unit 3-4 sequences
- VM Unit 3-4 sequences
- Year 12 International Baccalaureate students
- Returning Interrupted Studies student enrolments
